Job Description

As a Bilingual Civil Engineer, you will support water resources and stormwater management projects through civil design, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, and technical reporting. You’ll collaborate with project engineers, project managers, and CAD teams to produce accurate, compliant deliverables aligned with U.S. design standards.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3+ years experience in water resources, stormwater, or civil design
  • Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering (required)
  • Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ArcGIS, and MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (critical)
  • Working knowledge of GIS tools and project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools

Your Daily Tasks

  • Prepare and review drainage, grading, and stormwater management plans
  • Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, or similar)
  • Coordinate with CAD staff to develop detailed engineering drawings
  • Perform calculations, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with U.S. design standards
  • Review construction documents and assist in QA/QC processes
  • Support project managers with project documentation and client coordination
